Sydney "Jack" Williams, 58, Co-Chairman of National Equity Trust, has co-ventured with William J. Bradley and Bradley Associates www.bradleyassociates.org since late 1990's on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate in excess of $1,000,000,000. Prior to co-venturing with Bradley Associates, Mr. Williams in 1980 founded Williams Realty, a principal and manager of commercial real estate ventures primarily throughout the state of Indiana. Williams Realty currently maintains an office in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Mr. Williams is an experienced real estate professional in the underwriting, acquisition, management and disposition of net leased commercial real estate.  In 1977, Mr. Williams acquired a chain of long term care facilities, which he owned and operated for nearly a decade. After graduating Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana in 1972 with Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Mr. Williams was an employee of The Ford Motor Company in their industrial relations department.

William J. Bradley, 51, Co-Chairman of National Equity Trust, has an extensive real estate background including acquisitions, dispositions, ground-up development and financing of both commercial and residential real estate projects.  Mr. Bradley has consulted on projects or co-ventured commercial real estate in excess of $750,000,000.  Mr. Bradley is currently president of Brexson Land Partners, a real estate acquisition company operating in Florida.  In addition, Mr. Bradley is a partner in Bradley Land Partners and Florida Mortgage Trust, one of the largest correspondent mortgage lenders in Southwest Florida.  Formerly, Mr. Bradley served on a subsidiary board of First Industrial Realty Trust and on the board of First Colonial Bank in suburban Chicago. In June 2005, Mr. Bradley and his investor group began to see oppurtunity in the energy space and acquire a bulk plant in Indiana.  Since then they have increased their positions in energy with positions in G2, an energy trading company.  In July of 2008 Mr. Bradley became Chairman of New Energy Fuels, LLC, a biodiesel refinery in Houston, Texas.  New Energy Fuels, LLC is active in biodiesel production and energy trading.
